| TEIL is a Company of Engineers specialising in
manufacture of Diesel Generating Sets for various applications
including system design and engineering. We also specialise
in complete contracts for Pumping Plants, including Electrical
and for Diesel Power Plants.
TEIL is backed by over 50 years of extensive experience in
these specialised fields. During this period we have carried
out a large number of Contracts through-out the length and
breadth of this country and in almost 12 foreign countries
in different parts of the world. We are running an Industrial
unit at Saharanpur.
We are registered with the Directorate of Industries, Saharanpur
and also with the National Small Industries Corporation for
manufacture of Diesel Generating Sets up to 2000 KVA under
Single Point Registration Scheme.
We can design and manufacture Generating Sets of most complicated
and specialised nature. We have been serving the Defense Departments
for almost 26 years and have executed many contracts successfully
by designing and manufacturing stationary and Portable Diesel
Generating Sets for various ratings, some of these for very
specialised applications requiring high degree of technical
competence, skill and stringent quality standards.
We have already successfully produced very large number
of Generating Sets for Defense applications such as for L-70
Guns, RCPO, Mobile Radar and Communication Projects, GCA installations,
Ground starting aggregate etc. etc.
TEIL has manufactured and supplied Diesel Generating
Sets with very sophisticated and complicated controls for
other vital applications like Indian Space Research Organization,
Thermal Power Stations, Hydro-Electric Power Stations and
Computer Stations etc. etc. We have undertaken a very
large number of Turnkey contracts for large size Pumping
Plants throughout the length & breadth of this country and
in a number of countries in different parts of the World. We
are proud to mention here that we have to our credit THE
WORLD'S LARGEST PUMPING STATION funded by the World Bank and
executed under the direct supervision of World renowned
consulting engineers- M/s. Binnie and Partners U.K. The value
of the contract secured by us against stiff global competition
in terms of 1975 money was about Rs. 5.5 crores. We are
undertaking the contracts mostly for
Hydro-Mechanical-electrical works for Pumping Plants, which
also involves certain design aspects. We have carried out
works in Afghanistan, Bhutan, Burma, Indonesia, Kenya, Malawi,
Malaysia, Nepal, Nigeria, Sri Lanka and Tanzania etc. |
